Adventures in Camp is a teacher-run summer day camp that has daily and weekly activities that everyone enjoys!
During the week we have stem projects, art activities, activites that align with our weekly theme, as well as focusing on social skill and writing in our journals.Friday was our talent show, pizza and swimming day. The other days we had fun playing sports and games outside, making arts and crafts, as well as playing games inside. This summer may be different since it is our 20th year, so stay tuned!

Hello, my name is Jessica and I would like to take a minute or two of your time and tell you what Adventures in Camp is, and why I decided to develop and construct a fun-filled summer day camp for children ages 4-12.
I have always wanted to open a facility that will allow children to have an action- packed summer that they will remember for years to come. I do not want a huge facility where you are "just a face", but rather a small camp, that has a "family feel" where you want to attend daily.

We are located between Baltimore and Washington D.C. I-95, Rt.32, and Rt.100 are all within minutes of camp.
We are located right off of Rt.29 and Broken Land Parkway in Columbia (across from the Emissions Station). You can also get to our camp from Rt.175 and Tamar Road.
